About

Hey there! I’m Summer and I’m here for the real conversations that help you move through, and forward, in life. I believe every person has their own rhythm, story, and spark—and my work is about helping you reconnect with yours. My approach is rooted in truly seeing you, listening deeply, and creating a space where you can be your unfiltered self without judgment. I am here to be real with you, navigate the tough spaces and to walk beside you through the ‘life be lifing’ stages.

I’ve spent years walking alongside adolescents (ages 14–19) in school settings, helping them navigate friendships, identity, and life’s curveballs during those challenging yet transformative teenage years. I also work closely with African American and minority youth & young adults ages 16–35, supporting them as they face the unique pressures of adulthood, transitions, and healing from life’s hurts. Because let’s face it, life can get real ghetto sometimes!

In our sessions, you can expect conversations that help you make sense of your experiences, tools that give you more control over your thoughts and feelings, and encouragement that draws out your strengths—even in the hardest moments. My style is collaborative, down-to-earth, and built on the belief that you already carry so much resilience within you. I welcome your true and authentic self, whether that comes with tears, cuss words, TikTok quotes or whatever it may be! I’m excited to connect with you soon.
