About

Hi, I’m Amber!

I’m a woman who believes deeply in resilience, growth, and the power of connection.

My own journey led me to counseling. I’ve always been drawn to listening, encouraging, and helping people find strength during difficult seasons. Life can be overwhelming, to say the least. I have always aimed to be the type of support that people count on to walk alongside them as they walk out of dark places, reminding them that the sun still shines.

Outside of therapy and being of service to others, I find joy in every day’s current moments while trying to intentionally not taking those moments for granted. I love all things pink that sparkle! In my free time I love spending time with my family, partner, and friends. I love to travel, and I am a foodie who loves trying out new foods. I also enjoy watching boxing (the sport, not the packing…haha). I love smooth R&B music or instrumentals as they place me in a state of relaxation and tranquility.

For me, my confidence and femininity are directly linked to the power of boundaries, self-care and my own gentleness. I represent a steady balance of strength and softness, and I feel my life has been the greatest when I chose to blend resilience, joy and self-expression unapologetically. I look forward to connecting with you!
