Whether it’s getting married or divorced, starting a new job or going to college, having a baby, or simply navigating life as it happens, these experiences impact how we show up in our daily lives. They can create stress in our marriages, families, work, friendships—or leave us feeling overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or down.
I’m here to meet you wherever you are in your journey and provide therapeutic support. Throughout my clinical experience, I’ve worked with a diverse range of people—from children as young as 3 to older adults, in settings like schools, inpatient and outpatient hospitals. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. My role is to guide and support you as you navigate your own path.
I’m committed to creating a safe space where you feel heard, validated, and connected, while also challenging the ways you’ve learned to cope with the world around you. I want to help you discover your authentic self and explore new possibilities for personal growth, all while fostering greater self-acceptance.
Therapy is a collective effort. My knowledge is important, but therapy is a collective effort, where we work together.
