It can be hard to explain things that feel overwhelming, confusing, or hard to say out loud, and the thought of participating in therapy may increase that overwhelm. My goal is to create a space where you can take your time, be honest about what you are carrying, and feel supported as you begin to make sense of it.
I enjoy working with children, teens, young adults, and families as they navigate emotions, relationships, identity, stress, behavior concerns, and life transitions. Much of my experience has been centered around supporting children and adolescents, helping them build emotional, social, communication, and coping skills, while also working with parents and caregivers who are trying to better understand what their child needs.
When I work with clients, I try to be steady, thoughtful, and real. I believe people deserve care that does not rush them, judge them, or make them feel like they must have everything figured out before they begin. No matter who I am sharing space with, I want therapy to feel like a place where we can slow things down, sort through what feels heavy, and work toward change one step at a time. My hope is that clients leave our work together feeling more connected to themselves, more confident in their voice, and less alone in what they are facing.
