About

Hi, I’m Jesse! Let’s talk about sex. If you weren’t expecting to read that last sentence, welcome! Let’s break through the scary topics you’ve been afraid to confront in your own life. Is it sex? Religion? Identity? Grief? Is it another unnamed thing you haven’t even admitted to yourself? That’s okay. That’s why I’m here. Whether it’s fear or circumstances outside of your control, you may have something to confront that feels like too much. When we are in session, you can borrow my courage and safety so that we can confront these challenges together. My goal is to get you back into the driver’s seat of your own life. Prior to pursuing a career in counseling, I worked in higher education administration as well as the private sector. My own therapeutic journey has been transformative, and the universe led me to finally accept my calling. It is my privilege to be a guide to others on their own journeys. As a clinical intern, I’ve had the opportunity to begin honing my skills in sessions through a culmination of my education, training, and personal experiences and perspectives. You have already taken the first step by reading this bio. I’d be honored to welcome you to step two.

As a graduate clinical intern, Jesse provides therapy under the supervision of a licensed DHTC clinician. Interns receive ongoing support, consultation, and feedback as part of their clinical training.
