About

Hi! I’m Heather.

It takes courage to show up for yourself, and I honor the strength and vulnerability that brings you to therapy. If you’re unsure where to start or feeling a bit lost, that’s okay — we can take the first steps together. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.

As a seasoned social worker, I bring both experience and curiosity to my work. I’ve walked alongside many people through life’s transitions, questions of identity, and moments of deep reflection. My approach is grounded in gentleness, compassion, and a strong belief in your capacity to grow. I offer a calm, affirming space where you can feel seen, supported, and safe to be your full self.

I especially love working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals who are learning how to live authentically in a world that doesn’t always make that easy. Whether you’re navigating cultural expectations, struggling with self-worth, exploring your identity, or just trying to make sense of life — you’re not alone here.

All you have to do is show up. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll take it from there.
