About

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I’m here to meet you right where you are. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating life changes, or just trying to make sense of things, I offer a supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are-no pressure, no judgment. My approach is laid-back, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that growth doesn’t come from being “fixed”-it comes from being understood. In our work together, I’ll listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you explore what feels true and meaningful to you. This isn’t about one-size-fits-all solutions. We’ll figure out what works for you, together.I love working with people who are sorting through identity, life transitions, or past experiences that still carry weight. If you’ve ever felt like you had to hold it all together alone, I want you to know you don’t have to anymore. Therapy can be a place to exhale. If any part of this resonates with you, I’d be honored to connect. Let’s take the next step, together.
