About

Hello! My name’s Alita, and it’s so nice to virtually meet you 🙂

I know it takes a lot of courage to reach out for therapy, and I want to honor the step you’re taking toward hope and healing. Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, but the therapy relationship is such a beautiful and powerful part of the process—I truly hope you find someone who feels like the right fit for you.

For me, therapy is a collaborative space where we can learn from each other, grow, laugh, and gently explore who you are at your core. Sometimes it’s hard, sometimes it’s light, and often it’s both. My experience includes working with adults navigating childhood struggles, trauma, domestic violence, women’s issues, anxiety, and depression.

My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, which means I strive to create a space that feels safe, warm, and welcoming—where you can show up authentically and begin to discover more of yourself. I also use EMDR to help clear away the stuck beliefs that may be holding you back, and I’ll always be your cheerleader as you take your next steps forward.

Wherever your journey leads, I’m wishing you healing, clarity, and self-compassion. Sending love and light your way.
