Hi! I’m Nova Jimenez, and I am so proud to be apart of DHTC as the Practice Manager.

As a Native American, I am passionate about creating spaces where underserved and indigenous communities—and all those seeking healing—feel supported and empowered. I’m honored to be part of a practice that centers Black and queer individuals and promotes growth, inclusion, and well-being.

With over 10 years of experience in behavioral healthcare management, I’ve dedicated my career to making sure that the people my organization serves feel cared for and supported every step of the way. My role here is to ensure that your experience with us is seamless, so you can focus on your journey toward healing.

When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my family, cheering on my kids at their sports games, or enjoying a good cookout. I’m so excited to meet you and be a part of the incredible work happening here at DHTC. If there’s anything I can do to help make your experience better, I’m here for you!
