Here I feel like everyone is a part of the tribe. We are all different but get along so well, it is truly like family. We may not get to talk everyday and miles away but when we come together, it's like we spoke yesterday. Although we are growing and things change, it's not painful and they try to be as transparent as they can. Our opinion matters and it is valued.
