Meet Our Founders

Dr. Karissa (she/her) and Dr. Vic Doster (he/him)

co-founders of DHTC
The founders of DHTC recognized a gap in mental health spaces that claimed to be inclusive, yet often lacked the depth, responsiveness, and follow-through needed to create meaningful change. Guided by a shared commitment to ethical care, cultural awareness, and human-centered practice, they envisioned a space where people could feel genuinely supported, understood, and empowered.
In 2021, they launched Doster & Hoffman Therapy and Consultation, PLLC (DHTC) to provide thoughtful, personalized therapy and consultation grounded in compassion, integrity, and a belief that quality care should honor the full humanity of every individual.
