About

Oh! Hey! I’m KeAirra, and I create a therapy space that is warm, honest, and rooted in care. I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially when you are used to carrying things on your own without letting anyone see how heavy it has become.

I enjoy working with young adults who are navigating identity, relationships, life transitions, family expectations, stress, and the pressure to have everything together. I am especially passionate about supporting Black men and women, LGBTQ+ individuals, athletes, and student athletes who may be working through burnout, performance pressure, injury, confidence, or the shift into life beyond their sport.

My approach is collaborative and You-centered. I value listening closely to what folks need and walking alongside them as they make sense of their experiences. I believe healing does not require perfection; it requires honesty, support, and room and permission to heal. I am committed to continuing to learn, deepen my clinical work, and show up with intention for the folks I serve. When we work together, my hope is that clients feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to keep going, and challenged enough to grow.
