About

Hello! I’m Donielle, and I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real human connection. I want you to have a space where you can show up as you are, talk openly about what is weighing on you, and feel genuinely seen, supported, and respected.

As a Black woman and member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand how important it can be to feel that all parts of who you are welcome in the room. I have supported people through trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship and family concerns, major life changes, and other difficult seasons. I have also worked with caregivers supporting critically ill loved ones and understand how heavy that role can become.

My style is warm, practical, and collaborative. My background in music therapy also brings creativity and curiosity into the way I connect with people. You do not have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can begin with where you are, what feels hard right now, and what you want life to feel like moving forward.

My goal is for you to feel accepted, understood, and supported every step of the way. Let’s get started.
