About

Sometimes, you can appear capable and accomplished while privately feeling overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or disconnected from yourself. You may be used to being the strong one, taking care of everyone else, or pushing through difficult emotions without having room to consider what you need.

I support clients who want to better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and everyday experiences. Together, we can explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, identify the situations that activate stress or self-doubt, and develop practical strategies for responding with greater intention. My approach is warm, structured, and grounded in real life. I believe growth does not require perfection. It begins with honest reflection, increased self-awareness, and small, sustainable changes.

I bring experience in brain health education, leadership development, coaching, and helping people move from survival mode toward greater clarity and alignment. As I continue developing as a clinical mental health counselor, I am committed to providing an affirming and collaborative environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported. You do not have to keep carrying everything alone. We can work together to help you feel more grounded, understand yourself more deeply, and make changes that feel meaningful and manageable.

As a graduate clinical intern, Tassha provides therapy under the supervision of a licensed DHTC clinician. Interns receive ongoing support, consultation, and feedback as part of their clinical training.
